Holistika Tulum Mexico
I am so excited to announce that YOU can join me and Suzan, this November in Mexico. Join us for an amazing 7 days of yoga and local culture in beautiful Tulum, from 22-29 2019. Leave your stress behind and embrace your inner adventurer for the trip of a lifetime! The ancient Maya energy in Tulum, complimented with an abundance of natural wonders, curates an aura of magic throughout the area. Tulum has become internationally renowned and several of the local attractions have achieved global stardom. The most popular are the Sian Ka'an, a World Heritage Site biosphere, and Chichen Itza, one of the 7 wonders of the modern world. Not to mention the abundance of Cenotes, which are underground fresh water pools formed when limestone has collapsed and opened up pathways to underground rivers. Some spectacular ones are Grand Cenote and Dos Ojos, where you can dive. The Maya recognized cenotes as spiritual centers and were their main source of fresh water. Alongside daily yoga practices we will be taking you to beautiful local beaches, experiencing Mayan culture at it’s best at Coba and Tulum ruins. There will also be plenty of time for you to venture off and explore Tulum at your own leisure and pace. Suzan is a Tulum expert and can offer you plenty of advice on all the local must see’s and do’s.
To soak up beautiful Tulum and recharge your batteries, we have an incredible space for you to rest and restore. Holistika, a magical jungle hide away, is a unique Holistic Center, Hotel and Community set in the middle of the Mayan Jungle. A place where ‘everybody knows your name, people know we are all the same and they are always glad you came’. Energy flows here like water. Immerse in the moment while letting go and integrating in the spirituality of Tulum through twice daily yoga practices, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Aerial and Yin based yoga. Morning meditation, pranayama (breathing practices), sharing circles, cacao ceremony, Temazcal, (a traditional and ancient Mayan cleansing ritual). Plus a deeply invigorating massage to fully unwind. Dig deeper and experience these healthy, soul warming practices. Replace old patterns and build shiny new perspectives. Allow your body and mind to reach a fuller potential. Be the change that you want to see.
