Following a plant based diet has been revolutionary to me and significantly improved my health, well being and general outlook on life. I'm not here to dictate that you must follow a strict raw vegan lifestyle and diet, it's about finding the right balance for you as an individual. If that means introducing 50% raw with every meal or having a 'raw day', eating raw 'til 4pm and a cooked evening meal, or substituting one meal a day for raw, just listen to your needs and find the groove that compliments your lifestyle and makes you happy inside and out.
My love of raw living and yoga has guided me to share these passions with others through workshops, classes, raw vegan pop up dining events, private hire for parties and large scale events in the future.
